Cowling & West was formed in 1985 by Simon West and David Cowling to offer independent advice and services in respect of commercial and industrial property and land, to property owners,occupiers, developers and investors.
The majority of our instructions are carried out throughout the central southern UK, but particular client''s interests and requirements regularly necessitate our involvement throughout the UK, particularly in respect of corporate acquisitions.
Our working interests in other parts of the UK are greatly assisted by our membership of Property Agents International.
We have always acknowledged the need to have a good understanding of a client''s business in order to provide an efficient service, and this is more relevant in today''s business climate than ever before. Whilst many clients may only require individual services at periodic intervals, wherever possible, we endeavour to develop close working relationships with all of our clients.
